One&Only Reethi Rah, Maldives' 130 villas are discreetly placed amidst beautiful landscaping, each occupying its own secluded piece of sandy shore or private deck over crystal clear waters of the lagoon. These are some of the largest resort villas in the world, high airy ceilings and generous exterior space, ranging from private verandas and stretches of beach to private swimming pools with large decks. The look and feel is sleek and elegantly tropical, using beautiful natural materials and contemporary styling. 
Beach Villa
Enjoy direct views of the ocean and private stretch of beach from the bed and two-sided shaded veranda, with outside table, seating area and sun bed. (Interior space: 79m2/850ft2; veranda space: 26m2/280ft2)

Situated above the crystalline waters of the lagoon, Water Villas are connected by walkways from secluded points on the island. A truly sublime retreat, these villas feature outdoor covered terraces on stilts and split-level verandas with steps into the ocean. Please be advised that due to Maldivian law, and for the safety of all our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Water Villas.
An ideal family option, there are 3 Duplex Beach villas and 3 Deplex Beach villas with pool. These villas feature one King-size bed villa and a villa with two Queen-size beds plus divan (accommodating up to four small children and a nanny, or a couple with three older children).Opulent living space with entertainment area, shaded veranda, private swimming pool over-sized terrazzoo bath. The two freestanding villas are linked by a path screened by lush vegetation, making it possible to use them separately. (135m2/1,453ft2 including terrace)
The largest villas at the resort, Grand Beach Villas are hidden amidst tropical foliage with private access to the lagoon and beach. There are 2 one Bed room Grand Beach Villas and 3 Two Bed room Grand Beach Villas With an astounding interior space, the villas offer one or two bedrooms, separate dining and sitting room, and a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bath for two with walk-in rain and jet shower. Shady verandas provide a generous outdoor seating area, a private 25m2 (82ft2) pool, and canopied day bed. (Interior space: 157m2/515ft2)
These villas are the same size as the Beach Villas, and feature netted wraparound hammocks suspended over the water on the outer rim of the deck allowing for breezy sunbathing or relaxing stargazing. Surrounded by chic decking, each offers wraparound over water hammocks, platforms for sun beds, a 20m2 (215ft2) private pool, and covered outdoor dining and seating. The keynote for dining at One&Only, is island chic. Whether eating in casual wear beside the beach or more formally in the main restaurant, guests enjoy a level of service that is unsurpassed in tropical island resorts. Food is innovative and of the finest ingredients, prepared in an inspiring variety of ways, and staff are always receptive to the personal requirements of each and every guest.
On the sheltered eastern side of the island, is the resort's main restaurant, set in thatched pavilions over the water. Outside tables run along the decking beside the ocean. The service is immaculate and the cuisine world-class, while the ambience is low-key, tropical and breezy. Floor-to-ceiling glass screens reveal the show kitchen and walk-in wine cellar to diners seated in air-conditioned comfort. An impressive à la carte menu fuses flavours from the Far East, Middle East and Mediterranean into a light, contemporary cuisine – a perfect match for the surroundings. 
This spectacular over-the-water restaurant overlooks One&Only's West Beach, so guests can watch the sun set over the ocean. A variety of seating includes the sea-view deck, chef 's table, sushi counter, laid-back sunken pods or romantic, covered deck seating. On the menu, superb fish and seafood, fresh out of the Indian Ocean, are transformed into Indian-Japanese tapas, or sushi and sashimi prepared in front of you. The wine list concentrates on the world's best Rieslings, currently taking wine critics by storm. 
Dining with your feet in the sand and enjoying the ocean views, Fanditha is set on the northern tip of the island and has a chilled ambience. Dress code is casual – no shoes, jackets or ties – just a sarong or wrap, shorts and t-shirts. Guests can laze on divan-style bolsters and Arabic carpets, on driftwood loungers or in woven hammocks. The aroma of homebaked bread is in the air and guests can choose from a wonderful range of healthy but filling chargrills and salads. Open for lunch and special functions only. 
Swimmers and sunbathers needn’t move far from the main pool to partake in the amazing menu at the adjacent Rah Bar. An all day menu of healthy salads, wraps and snacks also offers low-fat smoothies made with exotic fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of waters and a fresh juice station. With the fall of evening, Rah Bar is transformed into a vibrant cocktail bar with live music, cool martinis, tropical cocktails, sparkling champagne and a fine collection of vintage rums from the Indian Ocean and Caribbean islands.
An extensive villa dining menu is available 24 hours a day, and includes such treats as personal beach barbecues. A team of Villa Chefs is on call to create exquisite menus for dining in privacy. 
One&Only Resorts are committed to younger guests just as much as their parents. Teens club has its own club house with a minimum of 4 fully-certified supervisors, its own pool, indoor entertainment facilities and dining area. Kids from 4-11 years can choose from beach volleyball, table tennis, two tennis courts and numerous excursions. Two to four year olds are welcome but must attend with a babysitter. Baby-sitters can be provided 24 hours a day by the resort at a fee. Teens club offers 12-17 year olds the opportunity to connect with new friends from around the world in a fun environment. They can enjoy a wide range of sports and excursions too.
Located in a secluded area of the resort with expansive relaxation lawns and manicured gardens, One & Only Spa commands an impressive space of 9,500m2 (102,250ft2) with spectacular views of the ocean. Natural and healing therapies are provided in eight luxurious treatment villas, each nestled beneath its own thatched roof and uniquely designed to form a soothing natural environment with exquisite finishes of Batu Chandi stone surrounding the terrace platform. Two over-water double treatment suites are an enticing retreat for couples. Customized treatments are based on Ayurvedic traditions infused with western luxuries. It is an all-encompassing experience with swirling vitality pools, crystal steam rooms, saunas and stimulating ice fountains. Lifestyle showers create a refreshing burst of tropical rain, and healthy spa cuisine and beach-side relaxation pavilions complete the journey. 
TechnoGym Equipment.
The serene beauty of the Maldives is ideally suited to the spiritual healing of yoga. A dedicated open air Chi Pavilion extends out over the sea, offering a serene and calming environment for yoga classes or simply pure meditation. A resident yoga teacher is available for private sessions, as is yoga guru Maya Fiennes, who offers regular Kundalini yoga and meditation retreats.
Whether addressing a specific health concern, or seeking a higher level of overall wellness, embark on a journey towards making positive lifestyle choices and reaping the rewards in daily life. Lifestyle Consultants blend holistic and conventional expertise to create individualised programmes combining ESPA treatments and fitness activities in line with nutritional intake, creating focused spa regimens to inspire lifestyle change and wellbeing. With programmes ranging from 3 to 14 days, all Wellness Journeys begin with a personal lifestyle, fitness and nutrition consultation and target specific goal orientated journeys, such as weight loss or anti-stress.
As with all visitors' marriages in the Maldives, these are ceremonies of blessing rather than legally binding weddings. Ceremonies take place on one of the resort’s 12 pristine white sandy beaches, down a petal-strewn ‘aisle’ towards the sea, while the tropical sun sinks into the depths of the sea and the sky is filled with breathtaking pastel colours. After the ceremony, as night falls to reveal a million glittering stars, a romantic candlelight dinner awaits on a private beach. A stunning table, prepared using natural local materials including the island’s signature orchids, serves as the setting where a special souvenir menu created for this most memorable occasion is presented by a private waiter. Every event is tailor-maded to match the desires of each couple, whether travelling alone or celebrating with family and friends.

Kids from four to eleven years old can enjoy a wide array of fun and educational activities, including a special kid’s photo workshop, cooking lessons, evening shows and a variety of sports – beach volleyball, table tennis, tennis and numerous excursions. Two- to three-year-olds are welcome but must attend with a baby-sitter. Baby-sitters can be provided 24 hours a day by the resort at a fee. 
One&Only offers a host of activities on and offshore, including tennis, beach football and volleyball, table tennis and indoor games. Pros are available for lessons and as playing partners on request. Guests can choose from numerous excursions: deep-sea fishing, sunset dhoni fishing, dolphin watching, deluxe "desert island" picnics and cultural visits to local islands.
