Overall, I was very satisfied with natural surroundings at Olhuveli. However, the staff at Olhuveli disappointed me a lot. They were kind to Europian or Japanese, but not to other Asian guests. I was very upset due to their attitude and service. They never smile or said "Thank you" and were even rude! I think that resort need to educate waiters about what is the service. I will not visit Olhuveli again and recommend there due to service.



However, thanks for the service of Impex holiday.

The customer service needs to improve!!!



The location, food, accomodation, activities are all upto the mark, but the staffs are either partial or selfcentered. A handsome TIP can earn you a lot, which is expected highly specially by the Butlers and Housekeeping. But unluckily the moment the tip was paid, their services vanished which was saddening for us.



As for the Customer Service, the staffs needs to be more efficient & alert. They make commitments & forget to the extent that if you try to prove your point, you may end up being called a liar. But luckily out travel agent (Impex Holidays / Mr. Hasan) managed the situation and provided an exceptional hospitality for us which made our trip all the more memorable.

Hi, We'll be travelling to the Olhuveli at the end of February. What are the weather conditions like at this time of year? Predicted forecasts are getting me a bit worried so i'm hoping someone can boost my confidence.
