  • The contract rates from 01st Oct 2010 - 31st Oct 2011 are applicable to all markets
  • The rates outlined are nett and non-commissionable rates in USD per room per night basis and includes govt. tax.
  • A fee of USD 8 per adult will be charged as a handling fee per booking.
  • Children under 11 years can only stay at Beach Houses.
  • Child rates are applied for children between the age of 2 - 11 years.
  • Infant bed tax of USD 8.00 is charged for children between the age of 0 - 1 years.
  • From 01st Oct 2010 - 31st Oct 2011 - Booking half board dinner in Naladhu entitles the guests to dine in any other available restaurants of Ananthara dhigu Resort & Spa and Ananthara Veli Resort & Spa

      Family Policy
    • Kids club available on the island for children from 3-11 years old.
    • Baby sitting on request available on the rate of US$ 15 per hour until 10pm, US$ 20 for 10-12pm, US$25 after 12pm
    • Roll-away bed will be provided for the extra child. Guests should accept that their indoor living area will be reduced.
    • Child rates are applied for children between the age of 2 - 11 years.
    • Infants should be below 1 years of age.
    • Due to the nature and setting (design, layout, ocean tides and currents), the water bungalows are strongly NOT recommended for children below 12 year of age.

  Diving

With classes ranging from scuba discovery to advanced open-water, wreck diving and even rescue dives, our Naladhu residents, from first-timer to fanatic, are sure to find an adventure suited to their abilities. Every day, the centre offers up to four dives at a variety of locations – in fact, within a half-hour radius of our island, there are no less than 20 world-class dives to enjoy.

All dives are guided and divided into small groups for maximum comfort and enjoyment underwater. Just bring yourself, as the Dive Centre has everything else you require – towels, equipment, suits and onboard refreshments. Your House Master can arrange a gourmet picnic lunch of your choice. Just choose your desert island.

For our more laid-back residents, we offer a variety of snorkelling excursions to neighbouring reefs, manta ray “cleaning stations” and of course our own nearby house reef teeming with underwater beauty. Embark on an adventure via catamaran, dhoni or Naladhu launch to locations near and far afield. Given the beauty of the Maldives, the journey is unforgettable in itself.

  Water Sports

Kayak to a nearby desert island. Water ski over a placid emerald lagoon. Take in a bird’s-eye view of paradise in a seaplane photo flight at sunset. Try your hand at wakeboarding or surfing on the Indian Ocean. All in a day’s adventure at Naladhu!

We’ll give you an easy start to some water sports adventures with the complimentary canoes provided for you to enjoy the beautiful (and calm) lagoon fronting the island. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, have a go at windsurfing. Don’t worry if it’s your first try – we’ll encourage you with a lesson or two that will enable you to enjoy the wind and sea in a new and challenging way.

Surfers will discover that these sparkling islands offer ideal surfing conditions. With a handful of some of the best surfing destinations in the Maldives only a quick launch ride from Naladhu, you’ll never have a better opportunity to try this exhilarating sport.

  Sailing

The warm ocean breeze tickling your hair. The rustle of canvas sails above. Naladhu’s own fleet of luxury launches, catamarans and sailing yachts are available for charter, fishing trips and island-hopping adventures all around the South Male Atoll. The experienced (or adventurous) can harness the power of the winds and hone their knot-tying skills in the calm waters of the Indian Ocean, or more relaxed residents can simply unwind on deck with champagne or a cocktail (and awe-inspiring tropical views) while our experienced local skippers do all the work.

For the ultimate in sailing style, unwind on the decks of a luxurious dhoni, the traditional Maldivian sailboat. The graceful lines and sweeping curves of the prow are a uniquely Maldivian design motif that inspired Naladhu’s original designers. Cruise at your whim and picnic on a completely deserted island. Return just in time to enjoy the perfect Naladhu sunset from your private pool.

  Fishing

All aboard our elegant dhoni, the Riyaa, for a sail across the lagoon. Let us provide you with all the equipment for a Private Sunset Fishing expedition. When you start craving dinner, we’ll be back just in time for the chef to grill up your catch however you’d like!

After you’ve taken a dive in the reefs of Naladhu, you’ll be curious to see what roams in deeper waters. Join us for an afternoon or morning on one of our deep-sea fishing excursions. You’ll first cruise past smaller atolls until you reach open ocean, where Sailfish, Marlin and Wahoo thrive.
