• Child rates are applied for children between the age of 2 - 11 years.
• Infants should be below 2 years of age. 

• Transfer rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices. Guests will bear the rate increase starting from a date advised by the Supplier even if the booking has been fully paid before the change.
• Full flight details must be received 10 days prior to arrival date to guarantee transfers on time.
• All transfers unless specified are combined transfers. Guests may have to wait for transfers up to 2 hours or more.
• Maximum luggage allowance is 20 kg for Seaplane & Local Flights with 5kg allowed for hand luggage. USD 2.00 per kg is charged for excess luggage - prices are subject to change without notice).
• Fuel surcharge and insurance are included in the quote and are subject to change. 

• Guests are recommended to make advance reservations for Spa and Dive prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
• All divers must present their Log Book and Dive Certificate.
• A 24 hour no-dive policy is observed for passengers who intend to travel on aircraft (including sea plane). 

• Check-in 14:00 pm / Check-out 12:00 pm.
• Early check-in / check-out is subjected to the availability and extra charges.
  
• 12 noon until 6 pm - 50% of the room rate
• Beyond 6 pm - 100% of the room rate
• This is subject to availability, room change and confirmation by the resort. To guarantee accommodation for early morning arrivals and/or late night departures, especially during the peak season, it is highly recommended to book an additional night.

The island has itself two room categories, Beach Villa and Jacuzzi Beach Villa.
Beach Villas are located on the beach with a partially open-air bathroom with a private, walled in sandy courtyard with chaise lounges, a shade umbrella and tropical plants. Mini bar is not stocked up, only by request when in resort.
Jacuzzi Beach Villa are Beach Villas with a more spacious bedroom, a four poster bed, and a Jacuzzi for two “under the stars” on a wooden deck in the backyard. Mini bar is not stocked up, only by request when in resort.

The 153 Beach Villas are individual wooden bungalows located on the beach, offering a beautiful view of the lagoon or ocean and with a private, walled-in backyard covered with white sand, chaise
lounges, a shade umbrella and tropical plants

All guest rooms feature tropical decor, king size bed, wood floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, sitting area, stocked mini bar with refrigerator, tea/coffee machine, IDD telephone, flat screen LCD cable TV, CD/DVD player, personal safe, partially open-air bathroom with shower, bath accessories and hair dryer, a porch with lounge furniture and nightly turndown service. Electricity is 220VAC, 50HZ.

Two main “sister” restaurants - The Kilhi for Beach Villa guests and The Keimaa for Jacuzzi Beach Villa guests. Both restaurants feature the same “all you can eat” buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, served in a traditional open-air dining room with sand floor and thatch roof.

An “optional” à la carte dinner restaurant - The Kalhibih specializing in a grilled seafood menu, featuring fresh, local seafood, as well as a selection of international favorites including Asian cuisine. Three “optional” special choices - Room Service, Beach Dinners for Two, and Gala Theme Night Beach Dinners!

The Meeraa Bar is located near Reception beside the swimming pool. The Dhoni Bar is located in the Beach Villas area beside the swimming pool. The Dhoaraa Bar is located in the Jacuzzi Beach Villas area beside the swimming pool.

 Facilities & Services

Away from your room, the hotel has got plenty in the way of facilities. There are three large swimming pools, each with their own bar, and a small kids' pool. On the sports front, meanwhile, you'll find a fitness centre, two tennis courts and a football pitch, among others. Guests can also have snorkelling and windsurfing lessons during their stay. Come evening, three restaurants, specialising in international buffets, seafood dishes and Asian cuisine, and an entertainment programme of live shows and discos will keep you busy.

The island has got a its own beautiful lagoon for the water sports and house reef filled with colorful corals is great for snorkeling.
Other Activities are: Billiards, Badminton. Petanque. Live cultural shows, live music nights and a disco night, every week. Guided excursions to Gan and nearby islands, sunset and daytime cruises and nearby deserted islands - all bookable and payable locally

Herathera Dive Center is a PADI 5-Star Dive Center and offers a wide range of PADI diving courses on all levels; from beginners to professional Divemaster level. The Dive Center is well equipped with modern diving gear and support equipment that consists of Bauer compressors, aluminium tanks, Aqualung regulators with octopus, SPG and SeaQuest Spectrum 4 BCDs. Hartenberger Torches, Aladin Pro dive computers, wet suits, backpacks, adapters and such are available for those who may need them to complete their equipment. Digital cameras in underwater housings and Underwater Propulsion Scooters are also available for rental.
