• Government of Maldives implemented Goods & services Tax for all stays starting 01st January 2012.GST of 6% will be levied on contracted room rates & all goods and services provided by the resort

• Room & Breakfast means buffet breakfast included in room rate
  
• Half board means buffet breakfast and dinner ( excluding beverages)
  
• Full Board means buffet breakfast , Lunch & Dinner (excluding beverages)

• Child rates are applied for children between the age of 2 - 11 years.
  
• Infants should be below 1 years of age.
  
• Due to the nature and setting (design, layout, ocean tides and currents), the water bungalows are strongly NOT recommended for children below 12 year of age.

• Transfer rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices. Guests will bear the rate increase starting from a date advised by the Supplier even if the booking has been fully paid before the change.
  
• Full flight details must be received 10 days prior to arrival date to guarantee transfers on time.
  
• All transfers unless specified are combined transfers. Guests may have to wait for transfers up to 2 hours or more.
  
• Maximum luggage allowance is 20 kg for Seaplane & Local Flights with 5kg allowed for hand luggage. USD 2.00 per kg is charged for excess luggage - prices are subject to change without notice).

• The excursions and recreational activities in download page are are subject to 10\\% service charge.
  
• These should be booked directly from the resort according to the excursions schedule and will be included in the house bill.

• Guests are recommended to make advance reservations for Spa and Dive prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
  
• All divers must present their Log Book and Dive Certificate.
  
• A 24 hour no-dive policy is observed for passengers who intend to travel on aircraft (including sea plane).

• Check-in 14:00 hrs / Check-out 12:00 hrs
  
• Early check-in / Late check-out is subjected to the availability and extra charges.
  
• To guarantee accommodation for early morning arrivals and/or late night departures, especially during the peak season, it is highly recommended to book an additional night.

 Accommodation

On Eriyadhu all the rooms have been recently renovated to offer you the best in comfort and facilities.
* A very private, family atmosphere
* All rooms are air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans.
* IDD telephone and satellite TV - your connection to the outside world.
* Keep your valuables safe in the safety deposit box in your room.
* Help yourself to a refreshing drink from the mini bar
* Have a shower in your own private garden or relax in the comfortable bathtub under the stars.
* A balcony, desk, hair drier - we thought of everything.

These are newly added collection to the resort. These are more like rooms while the Superior Rooms are bigger and have the looks of a Bungalow. The location of the rooms are way inside the island, around 20 -30 feet away from the beach.

Beach Front bungalows fully furnished including modern amenities. Just a few steps away from the lagoon itself. You can wake up with the fresh beeze coming from the indian ocean.

 Food & Beverage

All meals are served on buffet, in between the coffee shop is always their to serve hot snacks and drinks. These are also available in the bar, which is a large attractive thatched building built over the beach. With its high ceiling and open sides it stays cool and offers good views along the beach and down the jetty. One night a week a disco takes over.

On request basis the resort do arranges dining, barbecue on the beach. On special nights dinner is prepared on the beach.

Eriyadhu does not only offer a wide range of activities in and out of the water, but is also the ideal starting point to explore more of the Maldives on the sea or under the sea. There is something for everyone. Try the traditional activity of the Maldives: fishing by day or night, big or small catches. Become part of the amazing underwater world by snorkeling or diving. Our excursions give you a glimpse of the variety the Maldives have to offer: Inhabited and uninhabited islands, Male', the busy capital and other resort islands.

It doesn't take long the dive boats to reach any one of the many impressive dive sites on this side of the Atoll. Further more, Eriyadhoo is the most northerly of the few resorts on this west side, so there is very little competition for the sites. The island's dive base is large and efficient. On the front desk is a folder with pictures and descriptions of all the dive sites they got to.

People enjoyed Eriyadu because it was a simple resort without any pretensions. At the same time the snorkeling was excellent and the island was beautiful. That shouldn't change, but the the public areas should mean still better value for money.
