• Minimum length of stay for peak period of 23rd Dec - 7th Jan ( all dates inclusive ) shall be 7 (seven)consecutive nights per booking.

• Windsurfing, Canoeing and Snorkeling gear - Subject to availability , proficiency check and permitting weather/sea conditions.
• Further we offer table tennis,games, library and also WiFi in public areas (Bar, Restaurant & Reception )

• Rates are applicable for reservations made by the business partners, should any guests be paying on their own account , the regular published rack rates shall be chargeable.

• Each villa accommodate up to a maximum of three ( 3 ) persons and child below 12 years are not permitted. The 'day-bed' is available in the villa as part of the furniture and subject to the payment of an extra person surcharged stated in this contract. The 'day-bed' will be used as bedding for the extra person sharing a villa.

• Children are aged eleven (11) years and below.Infants and toddlers are listed herein as Children.
• For some accommodation types.services & facilities,the parent or guardian may be required to accept an indemnity waivers prior to confirmation by the resort.
• The waiver is to forewarn the parent or guardian of potential risks and safeguards accompanying child or children.
• Bedding for Children , whether using existing or extra bed or baby cot, is complimentary.
• Extra beds and cots are subject to availability and may be confirmed by the resort at time of reservation

• Government of Maldives implemented Goods & services Tax for all stays starting 01st January 2011.GST of 6% will be levied on contracted room rates & all goods and services provided by the resort

• The official check-in time at the hotel is after 1400 hrs on the scheduled arrival date.
• Pre-registration of villa(s) may be charged at up to 100% of the daily contracted rate(s) and should be requested at the time of booking.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am extended check-out time is subject to room availability and must be rousted upon rooms reservation, and subject to the charges.
• Day use room from 11:00 to 18:00 hrs (maximum 6hrs): will be 50% of the contract rate.
• Day use room after 18:00 will be charged 100% of the room rate.
• Day use room should be booked at the time of booking / Day use room booked after arrival to the resort will be charged as per the resorts rack rate.
• In the event that the same villa that the guests are staying is not available, the Resort reserves the right to make alternative arrangements subject to room availability at the material time (ie the check-out benefit may still extended at the prevailing rates of the applicable accommodation type available at the material time)

After a short, beautiful ceremony culminating in the exchange of vows, the celebratory champagne and canapés, we honor the traditional ritual of cutting the wedding cake. The newly married couple then proceeds along the footpath with delicate flower petals to the their beautifully decorated villa, freshening up.

The menu of the exclusive wedding dinner with its delectably romantic dishes served by a private chef and waiter, is another highlight of the evening. A surprise awaits the happy couple back in their villa – a special turndown service that is accompanied by a framed 'wedding certificate'.
