Policies

• All clients who stay on Christmas and New year eve has to pay the compulsory Gala dinner supplements, which includes a free bottle of wine and mineral water at Christmas and New year Eve Gala Dinner. Children get soft drink and water.

• Government of Maldives implemented Goods & services Tax for all stays starting 01st January 2012. GST of 6% will be levied on contracted room rates & all goods and services provided by the resort

• Maldivian bed tax for infants USD 8 per infant per night shall be paid by the client directly to the hotel unless otherwise agreed
  
• Children sharing parents room will be charged at the child rate with the same meal plan & For children having separate accommodation will be treated a normal booking.

• In the event of change in the service charge and / or Government Tax or introduction of any additional taxes, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. Reservations confirmed as a group for eight(8) TWN/DBL or more rooms will be considered as a group booking and will be confirmed subject receipt of 50% of pre-payment by the hotel at a deadline given by the hotel.

• Transfer rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices. Guests will bear the rate increase starting from a date advised by the Supplier even if the booking has been fully paid before the change.
  
• Full flight details must be received 10 days prior to arrival date to guarantee transfers on time.
  
• All transfers unless specified are combined transfers. Guests may have to wait for transfers up to 2 hours or more.
  
• Maximum luggage allowance is 20 kg for Seaplane & Local Flights with 5kg allowed for hand luggage. USD 2.00 per kg is charged for excess luggage - prices are subject to change without notice).
  
• Final amendments of arrival and departure flight number , time and transfer mode should be notified to the resort not less than 72 hours before arrival of clients to Maldives.

• Guests are recommended to make advance reservations for Spa and Dive prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
  
• All divers must present their Log Book and Dive Certificate.
  
• A 24 hour no-dive policy is observed for passengers who intend to travel on aircraft (including sea plane).

• Check-in 13:00 hrs / Check-out 12:00 hrs
  

• Early Check in between 4.45 am - 08.00 am will be accepted with an additional 50% charge of daily room rate and subject availability.
  
• All arrivals prior to 4.45 am are considered as a full night and will be subject to charges of an over night room rate.
  
• Pre-registration of room(s) may be charged at up to 100% of the daily contracted rate(s) and should be requested at the time of booking.

• In the event that the same room that the guests are staying is not available, the Resort reserves the right to make alternative arrangements subject to room availability at the material time.
  
• It is compulsory to book day-use till 6pm, paying 50% of one full night on booked meal plan if the departure flights of the guests leaves after 9pm.
  
• It is compulsory to book one extra night if the guests flight leaves early morning on the next day. These flights include EK559 and UL106

The 40 magnificently built octagonal shaped villas have straw roofs and are set over the ocean. Each air-conditioned villa is decorated in soft cream shades with contemporary furnishings. The wooden flooring features glass panels offering views of marine life below. Private sundecks are complete with tables, chairs, and parasols.

Rooms include all modern facilities such as Espresso coffee making machine, home theatre system, fruit basket, sun loungers on the private terraces. Ocean villa guests have private access to the Sunset restaurant, a private island, bicycles to cycle round the island, snorkelling equipment, and exclusive butler service to organise any personal requirements, unpacking, packing, making bookings or serving breakfast, lunch or dinner on the Ocean Villa’s private terrace.

 Food & Beverage

The Adaaran Prestige Restaurant serves a modern fusion of Italian and French dishes, specialising in seafood, with al fresco dining on the panoramic terrace. A wide selection of drinks and cocktails are served at the bar. A complimentary breakfast is served daily.
The specially trained butler sets the table for an exquisite meal. The table delights prepared to perfection combined with bottles of champagne and wine arranges for a splendid rendezvous. Sail out to one or two nearest islands on a lover's tryst. The experience will be worth every penny you spend. At the end of the day, relax in complete privacy of nature.

This the main restaurant serving varieties of cuisines from western europe to southern eastern. Serves mainly breakfast, lunch and dinner in a peaceful setting.

A la carte restaurant show casing a variety of local and international culinary delights. On site bar serves drinks until 00:00 (Open from 10:00 – 23:00)

Your stay is not complete without enjoying the crazy activities that goes throughout the day. So, indulge yourself in an array of fun like water skiing, catamaran, canoeing, wind surfing, kite surfing and so on. However, diving stands above all, with its spark of excitement and innovative style. If you are scared, then be a part of the diving centers, to pick up the nuances of the risky act. The thrill intensifies as you see colorful school of fishes and weird species of marine life paddling across the waters.

Diving is done to the close-by famous diving points including the famous manta point. If you prefer dive courses are also available.

A wide range of water sports ranging from catamaran sailing to kite surfing are available, including courses for both catamaran sailing and water skiing. The turquoise blue lagoon and the snowy white beaches at the hudhuranfushi makes it just perfect for anyone seeking fun and excitement.

The resort is famous among surfers. Easy accessible to many surfing brakes such as Ninja, Lohi's, sultan cokes, Honkies, chickens and himmafushi.
Surfing transfers by world safaris co-ordinates 3dhoni boats with a maximum of 15 per boat for transfers to the three surfing regions in the north male.

This is a mid-day fishing where you will bottom fish with line and hook for the predator fish, as they feed on the moving tide.

A full day excursion where you will be taken to a picnic island by a traditional boat. You will have the opportunity to enjoy snorkelling and sun bathing and par take in an extensive BBQ lunch before returning to hudhuran fushi.
