Club Rannalhi, is an ideal small resort island just below the tip of south Male' atoll. The island is just 5 hectares built of luscious green land, with a beautiful beach round the island and a house-reef that is home to exotic fish and coral. Between the house-reef and the beach is a lagoon where swimming is ideal.

Rannalhi from the beginning has been a very active island and fun lovers do admire the active schedule on the island and they so much love the resort and the atmosphere they repeatedly visit the island every year.

Known as ‘the measure of gold’ (ran means gold, nalhi is a unit of measure) for its beauty and fertility, Rannalhi island is now home to an all-action fun resort where good times and friendship make for unforgettable tropical holidays.

Policies

• All clients who stay on Christmas and New year eve has to pay the compulsory Gala dinner supplements, which includes a free bottle of wine and mineral water at Christmas and New year Eve Gala Dinner. Children get soft drink and water.

• Government of Maldives implemented Goods & services Tax for all stays starting 01st January 2012. GST of 6% will be levied on contracted room rates & all goods and services provided by the resort

• Maldivian bed tax for infants USD 8 per infant per night shall be paid by the client directly to the hotel unless otherwise agreed
  
• Children sharing parents room will be charged at the child rate with the same meal plan & For children having separate accommodation will be treated a normal booking.

• In the event of change in the service charge and / or Government Tax or introduction of any additional taxes, the rates will be adjusted accordingly. Reservations confirmed as a group for eight(8) TWN/DBL or more rooms will be considered as a group booking and will be confirmed subject receipt of 50% of pre-payment by the hotel at a deadline given by the hotel.

• Transfer rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices. Guests will bear the rate increase starting from a date advised by the Supplier even if the booking has been fully paid before the change.
  
• Full flight details must be received 10 days prior to arrival date to guarantee transfers on time.
  
• All transfers unless specified are combined transfers. Guests may have to wait for transfers up to 2 hours or more.
  
• Maximum luggage allowance is 20 kg for Seaplane & Local Flights with 5kg allowed for hand luggage. USD 2.00 per kg is charged for excess luggage - prices are subject to change without notice).
  
• Final amendments of arrival and departure flight number , time and transfer mode should be notified to the resort not less than 72 hours before arrival of clients to Maldives.

• Guests are recommended to make advance reservations for Spa and Dive prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.
  
• All divers must present their Log Book and Dive Certificate.
  
• A 24 hour no-dive policy is observed for passengers who intend to travel on aircraft (including sea plane).

• Check-in 13:00 hrs / Check-out 12:00 hrs
  

• Early Check in between 4.45 am - 08.00 am will be accepted with an additional 50% charge of daily room rate and subject availability.
  
• All arrivals prior to 4.45 am are considered as a full night and will be subject to charges of an over night room rate.
  
• Pre-registration of room(s) may be charged at up to 100% of the daily contracted rate(s) and should be requested at the time of booking.

• In the event that the same room that the guests are staying is not available, the Resort reserves the right to make alternative arrangements subject to room availability at the material time.
  
• It is compulsory to book day-use till 6pm, paying 50% of one full night on booked meal plan if the departure flights of the guests leaves after 9pm.
  
• It is compulsory to book one extra night if the guests flight leaves early morning on the next day. These flights include EK559 and UL106

 Accommodation

Five hectares of nature’s unparalleled beauty combine to offer an exquisite tropical island getaway for just about everyone. The island offers two categories of room types, 96 Beach Bungalows and 32 Water Bungalows.

These are two storied chalets offer comfort and space in your private living area, with full facilities. Each room in the club is tastefully decorated and come with international direct dial telephone, laundry service, satellite television, in-house safety deposit box, mini bar, air-conditioning, hair dryer and hot and cold water supply in the bathroom.

There are 32 water bungalows surrounded by turquoise water of the lagoon. Besides all the standard amenities, each water bungalow has private sun deck to soak up the sun and the glass panel on the floor.

The large, airy restaurant is more than just a place to eat – it’s also a place to meet and make friends with your fellow guests. Frequent theme nights let you sample the cuisine and culture of the world.

There are two bars in the resort. A choice of places to sit, sip, meet and exchange fun and laughter. Watch the play of wind and water around our award-winning Dhoni bar, or enjoy the more private ambience of the Bungalow Bar.

Snack menus and a variety of hot and cold beverages form part of your all-inclusive package. Drop by whenever you feel like it!

At Rannalhi, there’s always something happening. night and day. Group activities led by friendly, dynamic animators, restaurant theme nights... water sports and beach action by day, music, dancing and entertainment at night. Though if you want to find a quiet place to relax and just laze, we have plenty of those, too

On arrival guests will be welcomed with the offering of coconut water served in the nut. A refreshing hot or cold hand towel will be a soothing welcome. The guests will be escorted in true Maldivian style by the "Boduberu" cultural troupe, singing and dancing to the beat of their welcome folk song. A welcome banner can also be provided as a supplement.

The refreshing, rejuvenating powers of a traditional Ayurvedic massage will amaze you. Just the thing for those mornings when you’re feeling a little slow off the mark.

A rich choice of clothing, souvenirs, accessories and those little essentials you can’t do without.

Gem and jewellery shop

 Sports, Entertainment & Excursions

Have fun and enjoy yourself in an uninhabited island. There are hundred's of these islands scattered all across the Maldives and they are still growing. If you are taking a sea plane transfer to the island you'll see these small islands budding from the ocean.

You will have a maximum opportunity for snorkeling, playing beach games around the island. The island is big enough to have privacy to spend full day under the warm sun. Lunch BBQ will be prepared while you enjoy snorkeling. Take your cameras and snorkeling gears to have more fun.

Have some fun with your partner in a virgin island where you will have complete privacy. Our boat crew will drop you to the island and will wait in the boat. You can forget everything else and spend the whole day all alone on the island like your home enjoying the picnic lunch. This is an exclusive excursion for just married couples , lovers, honeymooners, celebrators of wedding anniversaries.

The Rannalhi Dive Shop & Diving School has everything you need for diving and snorkeling adventures.
For the avid diver, we offer boat diving and house-reef diving courses leading to PADI certification in English, French, German, Italian and Russian.

The resorts Water Sports Centre offers you the chance to enjoy catamaran, canoe and banana-boat rides, windsurfing and water skiing. There’s really no limit to the water sports you can enjoy at Rannalhi.

The resort offers various Land Sports including group games on the beach like volley ball (1st and 3rd photo), football(2nd photo) and many more..

Island Hopping
A full-day excursion that includes a visit to an uninhabited island – ideal for swimming or relaxing under the sun after (or even before) a delicious barbeque lunch. A visit to an inhabited island offers a taste of Maldivian life and culture, the perfect end to a perfect day.

Night Fishing
The most popular excursion in Maldives, this gives you an opportunity to enjoy the spectacular sunset while dropping a hand line near a reef or an ideal fishing spot where grouper, snapper, squirrelfish, skipjack and barracuda abound. Bait fish, weight, lines and hooks are all provided, along with a friendly boat crew. Your catch of the night can be served (on request) at dinner the following day (limit: two fish per person).

Fisherman’s Island
The Village Tour – a glimpse of the life and heritage of a community of around a thousand people living on one of Maldives’ magical islands. A place to acquire souvenirs and local handicrafts, plus a lasting memory of exotic Maldives.

Morning Fishing
Wake up early to experience the ocean and coral reefs at their best, surrounded by palms and sandy beaches, while you try your hand at trawl fishing the Maldivian way.

Malé Shopping & Sightseeing
A morning in Malé, traveling on foot – the most interesting and enlightening way to experience the hive of activity that is the Maldivian capital. The magnificent marble and gold Grand Mosque, the heart of the Sunni Muslim community, is a must-see.
