Beautiful house reef for snorkeling and diving, especially on the northeastern side of the island. Very tranquil and harmonic island. A perfect getaway from the daily stress or as a perfect spot to feel the (hot) sand under your bare feet after a demanding week diving on a safari boat. The small but very nice spa offered good deals at mid-day every day. Perfect for easing tense muscles after diving.

A good value for money resort. No waterbungalows, which I consider is a plus. Beutiful housereef and easy access. It is not a resort for those who wants hotell like conditions but a good value for money. Definitly a divers choice. Barefoot island in verey respect.

Eriyadhu Island Resort was nice and slightly better than we expected but it is very small and I wouldn't recommend it for more than a few days. The reef is almost all dead for snorkeling and not very nice to look at except for the fish.

The recent coral bleaching due to rise in water temp has badly affected the Maldives. The coral is much better in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia or in Fiji.
