• Check-in time is 1400hrs and Check-out time is 1200hrs. the rooms confirmed as reserved shall be made available for occupancy by the guest at the Check-in time and the date of arrival until Check-out time on the date of departure unless otherwise allowed by the resort.
  
• Each villa accommodate up to a maximum of three(3) persons and child below 12 years are not permitted. The "day-bed" is available in the villa as part of the furniture and subject to the payment of an extra person surcharged stated in this contract. The "day-bed" will be used as bedding for the extra person sharing a villa.
  
• Guest(s) staying at the Resort may have free usage fo the following (subject to availability and permitting weather / sea conditions) - Table Tennis, Windsurfing, Catamran Sailing, Canoeing, Snorkeling Equipment / Wind Surfing / Hobbie Cat / Volleyball.
  
• Transfer rates are subject to change due to increase in fuel prices. Rate increases will be applied on future bookings (paid or not) starting from a date adviced by the Supplier.
  
• No-Show If the guest(s) does not arrive on the booked date or does not check-in on the confirmed check-in date, this would be regarded as a 'No-Show'.
  No-Show will be subject to a cancellation fee of the total cost of the
  entire stay on booked meal-plan plus one way transfer charges.
  
• Late Check-out: The resort may allow late Check-out subjects to room availability. Late check-out shall incur the following charges (unless specified otherwise in writing by the resort).
  
• For prepaid bookings: 50% of contract rate (rooms used from 1200 hours to 1800 hours).
  
• For prepaid bookings: Full contract rate (rooms used beyond 1800 hours).
  
• On arrival at guest’s request: 50% of rack rate (rooms used from 1200 hours to 1800 hours).
  
• On arrival at guest’s request: Full rack rate (rooms used beyond 1800 hours).
  In the event that the late check-out cannot be extended in the villa that the guests are staying in, the resort shall reserve the right to make the alternative arrangements subject to room availability at the material time. That is, the late check-out benefit may still be extended at the prevailing rates of the applicable accommodation type available at the material time.
  
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the resort reserves the sole right and discretion to grant any guests a late check-out at no charge.
  
• Familly policy: Children are generally not recommended on the island since the island does not cater for children with additional facilities. Maximum 1 day bed can be provided and can allow 2 children if the second child is below 4 years and parents willing to share the bed with the second child.
