Naturally the island is perfect with an excellent beach surrounding it, and a large lagoon area, which is ideal for water sports. It is in close proximity to excellent diving areas hitherto unexplored. At the moment this is the only resort in this atoll and for divers they get to visit a lot of untouched, completely new dive sites.

The island has a white beach all round the island and again a few meters from it is the reef filled with color full corals and fishes. The not too big shallow lagoon also is vital for the water sports lovers. In every way the island has the naturally perfect and it would feel the same while you are on the island.

  • All transfers unless specified are combined transfers. Guests may have to wait for transfers up to 2 hours or more.

This 4 star deluxe 215 room resort boasts of all modern facilities including AC rooms with mini bar, fan, tea/coffee maker, electronic safe, telephone with IDD, attached toilet with indoor and outdoor shower, hair dryer etc.

  Beach Bungalow

The 214 full air-conditioned standard beach rooms at Meedhupparu are built in blocks of two (semi-detached) and all rooms facing the beach and ocean. The rooms have 46 sq.meters of floor space including an attached toilet and the terrace space out-side each room. The bedroom finished with the wooden floor has modern comfortable furniture and is 21ft x 14ft large. The large front door will open the room to view the beach and the ocean. The rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities.

The 7ft x 14ft wooden terrace is complete with arm chairs, table and sun loungers. The attached large bathroom has hot and cold water, hair-dryer and supplied with 110/240V sockets. There is also an extra open-air shower with a small garden.

 Food & Beverage

The resorts reputation for good food and beverages is rapidly spreading round the world. Offers spicy Maldivian cuisine as well as Western, Eastern and fusion dishes.
